“ Very good japanese Food directly in front of Dubai Fontain. We were there around 19:00 o‘clock and got a table in the First row outside. Service was very friendly and fast. We can compare it with our Trips to Japan and the quality was really good. Highly recommended for all people who appreciate good japanese food. Tipp: try the Popcorn shrimp ”
“ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We found this place by chance, drawn by the name “Kata – Authentic Japanese Restaurant” and the warm, classy welcome from the owner. We ordered two non-alcoholic cocktails and one wagyu gyoza. Everything was beautifully presented, with a perfect view of the Dubai Fountain, right at the exit of Dubai Mall. The service was fast, friendly, and very professional. They even waited for us to start recording before serving one of the cocktails at the table — a really nice touch! And the gyoza? Simply the best I’ve ever had. The quality is way above the price you pay, which makes it an incredible value. Indoor and outdoor seating available — we chose a lovely outdoor table, and it made the whole experience even more special. Highly recommended. I’d honestly come back here every evening if I could! ”

Maybe the entrance is a bit hard to find, but it still felt unusual. I ordered the Appetizers — they were okay, nothing special, but the overall service was good. The waiter really tried hard to make everything perfect, and I appreciated that. Overall, I would give the restaurant a 4 out of 5, mainly because everything felt well put together. The food wasn’t amazing, but it was decent. What really stands out is the atmosphere — the view is beautiful, with a direct look at the fountain and the Burj Khalifa. So, while it didn’t blow me away, the experience was pleasant and the restaurant deserves its place. ”
